Re: sabnzbd downloading random items from RSS feed
OK, I think I found out what was causing it.
One of my feeds had an Accept * under RSS (which I don't know how it got there).
I removed it so hopefully that should take care of it.

Re: sabnzbd downloading random items from RSS feed
Check your filters and do a preview. You might want to upgrade to 0.6.0, it has a friendlier RSS UI. I did upgrade to 0.6.0 and get the same issue. I do not see a preview function on my filters. As mentioned, all the filters have worked and then one day, starting almost 2 weeks ago, it's downloadi...

sabnzbd downloading random items from RSS feed
I've had sabnzbd 0.5.6 running perfectly for months (and previous versions before that one as well). I have a couple of RSS feeds setup with shows I want to catch and everything downloads as it's supposed to. With no configuration change, no hardware change, NO changes at all.... starting about 1.5...

how to backup sabnzbd settings
What file(s) do I need to copy/backup so that if I have to redo my system, I don't have to enter dozens of shows again?

Re: having trouble with right keywords on RSS feed
At least I know it's not something I'm doing wrong :) It doesn't happen with each show so it's not too much of an issue. I delete the show as soon as it's been watched anyway. But when I first started using sabnzbd, I used to filter out all HD content and just get standard. I never got duplicated ...

Re: having trouble with right keywords on RSS feed
Use a "Require" filter for "720p" before your other ones. Well... I'm getting closer. It does download only 720p files, but I am getting more than one download on some shows that are released by different groups, such as: xxxxxxx S05E14 PROPER 720p HDTV x264 CTU xxxxxxx S05E1...

Re: question about folders and watched folder sorting
Thanks. I think the explanation of how to use post processing covers both questions.
I'll give it a go and will reply back if I'm still confused

Re: question about folders and watched folder sorting
Don't mix the watched folder with the download folder. You can use a subfolder of the download folder as the watched one. Thank you for the reply. I'm not wanting to mix the download an watch folder exactly. But I need to move a downloaded file from the watch folder into another folder such as mis...

question about folders and watched folder sorting
Using Win7, 32bit, SABnzbd 0.5.5 The majority of downloads through SABnzbd is with a RSS feed. First, I would like, if possible, to have the extracted file (typically an AVI) placed directly into the category folder. I don't keep downloaded TV shows long after watching so I don't need them categor...

Re: Connection Crawl
Then you probably don't have a 30mb connection. It sounds like it's 3.0mb. There's no way to max out 30mb to the point where you can't even open a website.

having trouble with right keywords on RSS feed
Previously I had trouble with reject arguments when I wanted to avoid all high-def shows. Now I have the opposite problem. I want to download only shows that are in 720p format. For example I'll have: showname s01 720p as an Accept. Before I would just have showname s01 as an Accept and 720p as a...

Re: [API Question] How to use the API ?
I want to make a desktop application that can eg. read the entire queue. It's always good when people want to make addons and provide more functionality to opensource software. I more so appreciate it because I don't have the programming knowledge to do it myself :) But I'm just curious... how wou...

Ok, thanks for the tip. But so far, just changing localhost to 0.0.0.0. fixed it
