I just installed a fresh sabnzbd 0.7.7 install on a fresh Windows 8 PC. I'm starting it via a scheduled task which works fine. I can add nzbs to the watched folders and sab picks them up. However it doesn't download any of them. They just sit there, not paused or anything. No errors listed in the we...

I did have the stuck issue until I swapped out the par2.exe with the x64 one from the par2 website (for my W7x64 box).  It could just be coincidence, but still a week or so later and I having seen any stuck repair jobs.
