Does it say anything about sabnzbd anywhere? If you add the "http://nzbmatrix.com/api-nzb-download.php?id=REMOVED" manually to sabnzbd does it download? Check your sabnzbd settings in CP. I added the URL manually and it worked just fine. Although it did have to try twice. Is that maybe wh...

For what it's worth I can tell you that I can manually search nzbmatrix and both copies that couch potato finds are on there and both are well within my settings (for retention, size, quality, etc).
