It's just nice to be able to pause for some time (20min for exemple) when you get a Skype call and you want to stop downloads (and usually I forget to start it again after )

But could you add support for setting Speed limit? (100k, 300k, 500k, etc...)
And also the time to pause the server (5, 10, 30 min, etc..)
