No not all the downloads I think 60%. When I download the movie and renamed in sab to "Wrong (2012)" I get the same error.

I had the option +Delete enabled I have change that now. No i don't save or have rar files in the directory when Sab is finish. YoVanilla older versions never show this message. I removed D:\shares\Videos\
And changed the general setting to D:\shares\Videos\
