Just used the zip installer. Everything was working fine up until the recent update as far as I could tell. I even recently wiped the folder and database and started from scratch, twice. reinstalled clean and the error still happens.

Using Windows XP 32 bit. I downloaded the file you linked and copied it into the folder you specified.

Just as an update:

I had use both NZB sites checked. So I tried them one at a time and I only get that error when I use nzbs.org.

I'm having the same problems, no updates. But I have this in the error log.
