Where are you getting your feeds from? If they are from nzbmatrix.com, that site will provide categories too. If you set a feed-level category, it will be ingored, because the nzbmatrix category will override the feed-category. Only if you set a category at the filter level, the nzbmatrix category ...

The RSS feeds work perfectly, using Force Download, but even unstarred NZBs aren't downloaded...
