I do have Little snitch running but allowed all/always for SABnzb. Also, I did a test with LS not running but this gave the same result.

Also I have no Firewalls, no AV software.


SABnzb simply says that all ports are in use.

if you delete the directories mentionned, you should see, when you start sabnzbd the first time, an assistant that help you to configure in your web browser. Never seen such a thing. When I start then I get immediately the screen with the port problem. Also I do not have the file "~/.sabnznd&q...

Did delete but problem remains.

I have tried a great number of ports (80xx, 12345, 54321, etcetera_) but the error messages always remains.

Did so but this makes no change. It still refuses to run.

There is a big difference between 0.4x and 0.5x. in 0.4.x settings were stored in ~/.sabnzbd in 0.5.x settings are now stored in ~/Library/Application Support/SABnzbd Settings are copied on first run but not deleted. ".... needs a free tcp/ip port ...."

I am running a iMac (Intel, OSX 10.6/SL) and I keep getting this error message. I have no firewalls in use.

Anyone a solution?
