Best deal and Best provider is Astraweb in my opinion.  Try them out.

I'm currently using NZBmatrix and NZBs.org.  Theyre both great, works for right now.  NZBmatrix works with the smart phone apps too.

Hear all good things about Newzbin and would love to use it but no invite yet...
