Went through this whole process again, rebooting in between, and my counters are still not cleared.
This is kinda creeping me out at this point. Time to start digging through code I guess.

Re: Monthly transfer reset options
I deleted the folder "C:\Users\[redacted]\AppData\Local\sabnzbd" folder, which remained after uninstall, as well as the program file data itself. All known locations for SABNZBD data were scrubbed and the trash emptied prior to re-install. I will try the process again. But maybe there is j...

Re: Monthly transfer reset options
Also, the above isn't the first thing I tried. I tried clearing all cache/history/logs/backed up nzbs/etc. prior to going where I did. My first troubleshooting step isn't typically to eradicate an application from my computer to try and reset a counter. Not blaming you or SABNZBD for this, just tryi...

Re: Monthly transfer reset options

Installed the latest release. Started SABNZBD (To generate default data). Clicked the exit button on the wizard...

Re: Monthly transfer reset options
This doesn't appear to be working anymore. I first tried doing what you instruct with admin\totals9.sab and it does nothing for me. I then tried full uninstall/reinstall, deleting any data left by the uninstaller before re-installing, and clearing all browser cache/cookies. The only pre-existing fil...

Re: [OS X] Cannot create download directory
I understand that this an issue for you. But SABnzbd only attempts to create a folder if it doesn't already exist. For some reason it gets the message from the OS that the folder doesn't exist and subsequently that it cannot be created either. How is it supposed to understand that it's alright to c...

Re: [OS X] Cannot create download directory
I have a similar problem in Windows 7 using 0.6.8. I had hoped this latest release would correct the issue, but it didn't. I set SAB to dump to a drive mapped to a non password protected WD Live Hub. I have tried using both the mapped path and the UNC. This all worked fine, via mapped drive, up unti...
