Hi, just managed to get my SABnzbd set up for external use... but getting the same error; "Server not running or unreachable"

Found a port and all sorted. It seems it didn't save the 0.0.0.0 in the listening part. Now I can set it up for my mobile thanks to some awesome Android apps!

First things first: is your SABnzbd accessible from other computers on your LAN? If so, which (local) fixed IP address? Yes it is on my home server and I can access it from other computers. The fixed IP is 10.1.1.8. I have tried forwarding port xyz which is open to my SABnzbd computer on port 8080 ...

Is there a tutorial for how to make SABnzbd accessible from the internet?

I have set up port forwarding on my router and even a DNS redirect (for dynamic IP) yet each time I try to connect it says "This web page is not available".

Maybe blocked ports from my ISP?
