When I download a new show that isn't in SickBeards list, SAB unpacks it into the correct place.

Anyway that Sick could then automatically add it to it's list of shows to watch?

For example I download a new show 1x01, then Sick can pick it up and grab the rest as they are shown.

SickBeard is running great for me now on my QNAP NAS.

The tvnzb site seems to be dead now, hence the xml feed is bound to be crap.  I would suggest you move it to the lowest in your list if not disable it completely.  I don't see this is as a problem with SickBeard.
