Interesting.  It's done it again.  Same symptoms.  I resolved it this time by stopping the server, deleting rss_data.sab and then restarting the server.  If this happens again, I would be happy to provide the file.  My apologies for not thinking to save a copy.

I *think* I just resolved the problem by nuking the history and the cache.  I noticed in another thread that you stop retrying a URL grab if an earlier grab failed to avoid triggering something on tvnzb.  Is it possible that the no-retry flag that you're setting is acting on all grabs instead of jus...
