My first guess would be that your NAS and/or network is too slow to play video's from. So, easy test for this hypothesis: Copy a problematic file from your NAS to your PC, and try to play it again. What happens if you just close SABnzbd? Are the files accessible then? Try to find out what's happening using tools like SysInternals. Some of these tools tell you which application blocks files.
