Well I just cant seem to get this working properly.  I've updated to latest, turned off sorting in SAB, only adding one folder for now with the series being 6 eps in, post processing is turned on in Sick Beard The "downloads" count wont update on the homepage unless i remove the series and...

SB keeps deleting my stuff.  I go to bed last night, wake up to see what was on last night, SB grabbed the nzb of the newest episode.  I then go to said folder and there's nothing there, it deleted the entire show.....

Just do this: Close Sick Beard, delete your log file. Start Sick Beard, verify that your episodes are in the dir like you expect (probably want to use fake episodes for this if it's going to delete them). Do whatever is causing them to be deleted. Close Sick Beard, zip your sickbeard.log, and post ...

Post a log of it deleting the stuff and I will take a look. It sounds like you are post-processing an episode from inside its own folder or something, though it should be stopping you from doing that (it could have been broken with the new post-process changes though).
