reinstalled, need new wizard run

Hi,
I have reinstalled Linux freya and every thing else, chrome installed, flash working now.
SAB reinstalled, nothing works, the username and password block keeps coming up, digging done, not registered any more !?!?!

Help me to re-run the wizard, I hope this might solve every thing
It failed on the 3rd page never got to finish

Also, the link --- https://localhost:9090/ --- does not work anymore
I really do not know what to do here
