TV Sorting not working properly

Hey, First time-long time here.
Never posted cause I never had a problem! Till now.
From time to time, the TV renaming just seems to STOP working, then in a post or 2, will start working again. I have no idea why.
The filename that is finally given to me is tpz-30rock101.
I'm at a loss and can post any logs. I'd make a bug report, but wanted to check here first.

PS: My user script just copies the files to a different directory.

What size is the end avi? There is a size limit on the file that gets renamed, I think it has to be above 123MB (this limit should be removed, or significantly reduced for 0.5).

How was the nzb added? Via newzbin?

I've noticed this too.. however I noticed that it happened because the category wasn't set to TV in the download.

The category shouldn't affect series sorting. It will sort and rename the file regardless of category. The specified download in the original post was sorted and renamed correctly for myself, so I can't see any specific issue with it.

The final size was 178mb and I added the post via nzbStatus plugin for Firefox3.
