Hi I'm hoping someone here could help me out. I am having difficulty changing the location of the complete and incomplete folders on my SAB install. I want the folders on a separate drive but every time I try to change them and save those changes it reverts back to the default location on my main hard drive.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

SABnzbd reverts to default location if the specified complete/incomplete folder location is not accessible at the moment that SABnzbd start. That can happen when a system is started, including SABnzbd, but a (NAS) drive mapping is not yet done/available.
