Hi,
I am using SABnzbd on a Synology server. After a TV show download is unrared I want to have the file move to its specific folder on the server. The unrar works correctly, just need to have it move.
What would be the recommended way of doing this. I checked through the app and did not find a way to do this. I tried categories, but was not able to get it to work.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

In categories you can setup a specific delivery folder for a category.
Please not that you need to use internal paths of the Synology server.
So not the share paths you use from your Windows PC.

Hi,
Ok I have set up the categories I am using SABnzbd on the Synology so that makes it easier.
Do I need to use a script to have the files move? I am trying to download a TV show and then have the mkv file moved into its tv sub directory on the Synology.

You can use the functions in the Sorting section, this can move and rename TV shows based on their name/season etc.
