Hi,
I have this installed on a Sysnology 108j. I have not change any of the standard folders. When I download a movie, then it is put into the complete\movie folder, but when I download a xbox360 iso, I cant find the download when it is finished. I have tried to download the same same game and I can see in the incomplete folder the iso twice as 1 and 2 but I know that it is finshed. Where else can the complete file be?
Thanks for any help

Re: Cant find the download after download is finished
What folder/path is specified in config>categories for the category you are trying to download?
Re: Cant find the download after download is finished
consoles...
when I download a movie, a movie folder is created in the complete folder. That works fine.
Iv checked to to make sure that the consoles category was selected, but the folder is not there. I can see that in the incomplete folder that the down loads are there. I dont have access to the incomplete folder as it is access denied. I now have 4 folders in the incomplete folder that I can not remove now. I have tried to download the xbox 360 game 4 times.

Re: Cant find the download after download is finished
Email your sabnzbd.ini file or a screenshot of your Config->Categories page to [email protected].
(Don't forget to remove passwords from the INI file).

Done...thanks for the help.
Re: Cant find the download after download is finished
The downloads should be in /volume1/public/SABnzbd/downloads/complete/Consoles.
Given your settings, any download will land somewhere within /volume1/public/SABnzbd/downloads/complete.
You can choose to enter a full path for any of the categories.Did you get any errors or warnings?
You will need to go into the Synology with a ssh client and delete files from the command prompt.
The alternative is to put the "incomplete" path in a folder that is accessible from external systems.
Read the user manual for more info.

Re: Cant find the download after download is finished
Thank you...I could figure that out about the delete. but didnt count on that I had to make the folder when it was set from default.
When the movies folder was created automatically, I counted on that the consoles folder would be too.
Thanks for the fast responces.

Re: Cant find the download after download is finished
The folder should be created automatically.
The only other thing I can think of is that file/folder permissions are not set properly.
I suggest you check the Config->Folders item "permissions".
Explanation in http://sabnzbd.wikidot.com/unix-permissions
You probably need value 0755.

Re: Cant find the download after download is finished
I usually use code 0777...this should give full control to everyone
Re: Cant find the download after download is finished
OK I change the permission to ´0755 and I now have access to most of the incomplete folder. I guess that I have to delete the other with win ssh. Once the consoles download is finished, the download is removed from the Que list, but is still not copied to the complete list even though I made obsolute paths. But I count on that when they are removed from the job list that the download must be finished. I m hoping that I can move them manualy now.brantdk wrote: I usually use code 0777...this should give full control to everyone
Is it only possible to download 1 at a time? I have 4-5 things in my Queue and as I can see it, there is only downloading 1 thing at a time. Is this a default setting?

Re: Cant find the download after download is finished
It's a queue. There's no purpose in trying to download multiple NZB-jobs simultaneously.
It does download as much articles in parallel as there are connections available.
However, during post-processing of a job the next job will already start.
(There is an option for preventing downloads during post-processing; this is for resource-starved systems, like NAS boxes).
