Debian Jessie, or Raspbian Jessie?
If Raspbian Jessie: I have the idea that sabyenc binary for ubuntu on ARM is not working on Raspbian ... If that is so, installing should be done via pip, not via the PPA.

I have Raspbian Jessie.
after I manually removed the older version, Sabnzbd now does not mention anything about sabyenc.
so, I presume it is working
