file is just gone

Downloaded a file, shows in log that it's in the incomplete folder, but it isn't, it's not anywhere, tried downloading twice, same thing, sabnzbd shows three icons next to the filename and last one says, quick check ok, but there is no file anywhere to be found, never saw this before??

just happened with another file, log shows not unpacked, and the file just vanishes instead of going to incomplete folder?, nothing has been changed here so what is going on...?

What OS are you on? What version of Sabnzbd?
Are you using something like Sonarr?

Wow, never did sort this out and never was notified of response, but another day another download...and similar problem, only now with allegedly completed download: Sabnzbd shows unpacked and is in my downloads folder and there's nothing there! The file has vanished and is nowhere to be found..not using anything but plain old nzbs and Sabnzbd..where can I look for these mysteriously vanished files? Windows 7 64, nothing has changed other than always updating to latest final version of Sabnzbd when notified..?

So when you click on the item in History, it shows the path to the Complete folder, it's not there?
And what does it show for the Unpack stage?

It all shows as completed and unpacked, but nothing is there, I have checked windows temp dir and saw nothing for sabnzbd, is there someplace else it may have wound up?

So, you clicked on the item in History, then it says "Path". In that folder, there is nothing there?

Seems some settings are messing things up for you. Or an external program (virusscanner/sonarr/radarr/etc).

Right, happened again, all unpacked fine in history and is supposed to be in the downloads directory and there is nothing there, where is the temp directory that sab uses, as it may be stuck in there? It isn't in incompletes either, it is just plain gone, but all other files are there that were downloaded at the same time...?Ok, checked log, seems that it unpacked and then did not create a directory and deleted the files, but history in main page shows all is good even though log shows differently, still should I restart with basic settings, this only happens once in a while but is pretty frustrating..

Maybe you have unchecked 'Post process only verified jobs' (enabled by default), which some websites suggest. This results in all jobs being labeled as success.

Starting over with basic settings would resolve this.
