Do you experience problems during downloading?
Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.
Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
You'll find the betas in the announcements section of the forum.
I have occasional 100% hogs for no apparent reason that a pause/resume will fix. I'll update if I can find the reason.
i have the same issue on my raspberry since this afternoon
it worked fine for 3 weeks (version 2.3.2 [1cac579])
what can i do to resolve this problem ?
thank you
When you select the job and set the Priority to Stop and it does not stop: then your device is just too slow.
SAB is still putting together all the files and doing all the bookkeeping.
Unfortunatly there are circumstances where so many files need to be put in disk-cache that it's a constant read/write/read/write etc that it slows down so much that it can be stuck for a long time to finish the last assembly of files.
If it does stop when you select Priority Stop, then I would suggest to check your servers. Do you get login warnings for your servers?
Make sure to only have servers enabled that are actually working. Not ones for which your account has expired etc, this can lead to a stall.
We are working on a fix for that..

Hi, thank you for your advice
I have set the priority to stop and the job stop immediately
i got login warnings from one server.
i disabled it in order to check
I can confirm this seems to be an issue with 2.3.2. I have not had a proper download finish without having to put it to stop. Can you guys please investigate?
Running on headless Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS. If you need logs I can provide those. =)
I found that there were files with one article missing. They weren't available on my backup server and instead of saving the incomplete file, SABnzbd was holding onto the download, with no possibility to finish it. I disabled my backup server and the files downloaded and everything completed. This is new in 2.3.2. If an article isn't available for whatever reason on all servers, SABnzbd shouldn't wait for it!
(The backup server was not giving errors that were in the "Warnings" list, so I don't know if it was a particular error causing the issue.)
^Thanks for the update and for your tireless work, safihre.
Here was my experience, if it helps. I read your comments and Tox's. I did in fact discover that one of my providers, "next gen news" appears to be down. But I only discovered this by testing each server. I had no error messages that I could see. Anyway, I disabled it and my queue finished. I also got 20 error messages that a rar part couldn't be found, but Sab did complete all the files anyway.

You are a life saver! I was using next gen as a fill server as well. Disabled it and my queue works again. Tnx!
