Hello! I was hoping someone could help me out. I'm getting the following error from time to time. Not with every NZB, but quite frequently.

Any ideas what could be causing this? This is on a seedbox, and they said they have never seen this before.

- Are you using the latest stable version of SABnzbd? Downloads page.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Are you on SABnzbd 2.3.9?

Yes, on 2.3.9 [03c10dc].
Do you have any suggestions? The seedbox support is not being very helpful, they are saying it is a bug with one of the apps involved (either Radarr or Sabnzbd).

Also, let me point out that if I switch out from Sabnzbd to NZBGet, this problem never occurs. I prefer to use Sabnzbd, but I just wanted to rule it out by trying something else, and nothing like this ever occurred.

Is this while sabnzbd is downloading? Could be that sabnzbd is too slow picking up the NZB.
Although on a seedbox, nzbget might just be better anyway, since you can have such high speeds. I wish sabnzbd was faster, but the Python code just can't keep up with C++.
