Is there a way to view the success and failure rates from different servers for a specific download? I hate to make comparisons, but in NZBGet, you can click on a current download, and then click on "Articles (Total/Completion)" which gives you a really nice breakdown of how many articles have been downloaded from each server, and the success and failure rate of each. This gives you a great summary of which servers are working well, and which ones are failing.
Does Sabnzbd have anything like this view? I would really love to use it to keep track of my current servers.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Unfortunately we don't, we only have the number of MB downloaded from each server.
