3.0.0Alpha1 [c33cabd] and email notifications to GMAIL

Hi All,

Am running 3.0.0Alpha1 [c33cabd] and my email notifications just won't work. Am getting "Failed to authenticate to mail server"

I'm using GMAIL. SMTP server is: smtp.gmail.com:587 (worked fine before Alpha1)

The rest of the email fields have my gmail address, and yes am using my correct GMAIL pw...

Also, I have "Less secure app access" turned on in my Google email settings.

Anyone else having issues? If so, you find a solution?

Fixed it!!! I forgot that I got one of those "Suspicious attempt to sign in with your password" notes. I thought saying "Yes, it was me" would clear it. Turns out, it didn't!
