Hi folks,
We updated to 3.1 and seems that we can no longer sort.
We tried sorting by size, alphabetics and so on.
Just us having this issue?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

How do you sort? When adding the NZB or in the interface?

Not sure what a snap or a git is.
We installed the windows version. We hover over the icon to sort which seems to be a pulldown of sorts. Select by size and nothing. Select by alphabetical and nothing.

Ah, then you must be using SABnzbd 3.0.1.
I tried it myself and for me it works.
Could you pause the downloading, go to the Status and Interface settings window (the wrench icon), switch the logging from Errors/Warnings to +Debug and then try the sorting.
After that, go back to the Status and Interface settings window and click Show Logging. It will produce an anonymous version of your log.. You can share it here through something like pastebin, or email it to me at [email protected]

Sweet.
Sorry for being a dumbass. Been in IT for 26 years and Im a director the last 9. My teams usually talk of these new tech terms. hell I just found out what Docker was.

Think we are going to roll back.
We are also seeing a record number of failed imports on the nzb files.
