I use latest SABnzbd-3.1.0Beta1 and always whene i start a download i get a DOS Windows from urar.exe. I have never see this bevor on other versions.

Yes but every time i start a new download with unpack i get this window.

I have Windows 10 Enterprise, Version 2004 (19041.450).
SABnzbd is running as backgroun process, not as service.
