3.1.1 - RSS Settings on iPad 11“ not visible

Hi guys,

I found this bug, where the RSS settings icon in the settings is not visible if the browser window is too small.
And when there is no configured RSS feed than there is also no RSS icon on the SABnzbd homescreen.

Interesting, I am trying to reproduce on my desktop but that doesn't seem to give the same effect.
