Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
Backup NZB in Category Folders
I backup my NZB folders automatically with the SAB option but is there any way to back them up in folders for each category AUTOMATICALLY i.e. NZB_backups/TV and NZB_backups/Movies etc

Indeed, the backup is just a basic functionality and only more for power users.

Actually I meant to create a feature request there, then we can always see if maybe someone else wants to implement it.
