Seems to be happening in cases where there is a "Failed to import 1 files from..." warning.
Running 4.0b2, but I confirmed also happens with 4.0b1

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Sorry, it was 6 days ago and I didn't see your reply until today, I no longer recall which it was so I'll have to wait until it happens again. Fortunately not a hair on fire issue. Why not just delete *all* par files unconditionally once extraction is complete?

That could be a solution, but I rather just know what is going wrong since it has always worked just fine.
