I recently installed the google VPN on my desktop that runs sabnzdb. Seems that this is causing access issues to my interface. I have to turn this off and restart the service to access it.
Is there a writeup on how I can properly configure sabnzdb so that when I try to access it, its working on my local IP and not my external VPN ip?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Maybe hard specify the listening Host to the LAN adress ?

ok, I replaced the hostname in the sabnzdb and sonarr config to the local ip. Shutdown sabnzdb, renabled the VPN and restarted sabnzdb. So far it seems to be allowing me to connect.
