Change the Default Base Folder?

I run SABnzdb v.4.1.0 on MX Linux v.23. I'm wondering how I may change the Default Base Folder. I couldn't find a setting for it.

The Default base folder is related to the location of your sabnzbd.ini, which you can set from the command line when starting SABnzbd.
