4.1.0 crashing on macOS Sonoma

Having this exact issue. It's very frustrating. I don't think this will be fixed if it's a Sonoma issue, unfortunately...

worth a try: a uninstall - reinstall, as someone with Sonoma said "A reinstall fixed the problem, thanks for your help! :)"

I’ve got the exact same problem.
Hopefully solved it by reinstalling SABnzbd (just deleted the SABnzbd folder in Library/Application Support).
