I know this is a common problem, and I promise I have searched high and low on ho to fix, but I’m not getting anywhere. I am in no way techie so any advice need to be written for a moron
Some files are downloading via SABNZB, but are not then importing into the file where Plex/Jellyfin sees them. It’s only started happening recently and doesn’t appear to be on all downloads. Andit's not happening with Torrents via Transmission
Incidentally I’ve also noticed that there’s a large amount of files in the Completed downloads folder that have been imported fine but are still sitting (and taking up storage) in the Download folders. Not sure if this is related.
Issue doesn’t seem to happen with Radarr.
Any idea what I need to check/adjust?
Many thanks in advance

Re: Files not moving from Downloads/Complete
This is not a SABnzbd problem, right? It's your other software not picking them up?

In all honesty I don’t know
Re: Files not moving from Downloads/Complete
How is this file being downloaded? I ask because I found an issue that when I was on my indexer, and I downloaded the nzb directly to my computer, for some reason sab wasn't registering the category and going default, thereby leaving it in the completed folder. But when I put it in my cart, and downloaded through the RSS, then it categorized fine and transferred the file as it was supposed to. It drove me nuts and took me forever to figure out.
Re: Files not moving from Downloads/Complete
It's a Sonarr and Radarr problem. Assuming that you also used those to ads the jobs, indeed not manually adding them.
