I had two large archives - 20GB's or so - that has been completed and downloaded - but only one is showing up as processed; the other two has disapeared and i think they are still in the cache.......(don't show as failed) - but i can see them in the incomplete folder but there the folder is marked as containing zero KB.......
any way that i can get the baby humping and initiate or do i need to start from scratch again?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

It's unlikely that the jobs are in the cache.
In that case you'd better clean the cache and start again.
More likely is that somehow post-processing failed.
First thing to try is to restart SABnzbd and see if it picks up post processing again.
If not, check the "Temporary Download Folder" (default My Documents\download\incomplete)
and see if anything is there.
If so, use QuickPar and Unrar to post-process things manually (if you know how).

my OS X couldnt access folder and read it through Finder but managed to use my NAS servers web file manager who moved them into my complete folder......now trying to unrar and par2 all the files - at least they are all there so hope it will go well.....

hmmm.....all my jobs are now not being processed; stays in incomplete; doesn't show up in history and i can't access the folders as i don't have the right "privilege"
