Add to top of queue

I would like to see a feature where downloads that meet certain criteria (e.g. RSS feed, category, etc) are automatically added to the top of queue.

Right now, if a new TV episode arrives through an RSS feeds, you have to manually move it to the top of the queue if you want to watch it before the rest of the queue is finished (which in my case is usually more than a week).
