No more download since fews days

Hello,

I just have upgraded to SABnzbd 0.4.11 having downloading issue, but without improvement.

I am using SABnzbd with an IPV6 tunnel, servers are :
- news.ipv6.ewaka.nl:119
- newszilla.xs4all.nl:119
- reader.ipv6.xsnews.nl:119 (backup)

Since fews days download speed is 0 when I used to have up to 1000KB in average.

Can my provider filter SABnzbd or IPV6 traffic ? 
Are above servers still live ? 

Errors messages are :
- Failled to connect
- Time out (current parameters is 120 for all servers)

Version: 0.4.11 Final
OS: Windows XP SP3
Install-type: Windows Installer
Skin (Plush)
Firewall Software: XP Firewall
Are you using IPV6? Yes
Is the issue reproducible? Yes

Downgrade to 0.4.8 and see if the problem remains.

Thanks for the advice, but I already have same issue with 0.4.08 this is why I upgrade to 0.4.11  (and not 0.4.09 after look at forum)

Any other advice  ?

In fact this seems more complex than I thaugh ! I would summurize SABnzbd was running in "silent" mode : gui was frozen but downloads was running.
Today without further investigation, everything is back on track. I keep enjoying a lot this excellent tool.

After spending some more days with initial issue  .
Download process is now back on track since I generate new key in the General page.
