RSS matches but no download

I just set up my RSS feed for nzb.org.  I noticed this morning that on preview it matched for **removed** but it wasn't downloading.  Once I forced the download it worked.  Should I have given it more time?  Is there something else I need to configure for it to download automatically?  Thanks in advance.

When was the item added to the RSS feed, before or after you added the feed to SABnzbd. When you first set up an RSS feed, all current items in the RSS feed are marked as old and not downloaded unless the user chooses to force downloading. This is to stop old or duplicate entries from being downloaded, as RSS is generally for fresh, recently added content.

Way after I added the feed to SABnzbd.  I added the feed to SABnzbd the night before and noted it had matched this am.  Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Is the feed enabled (tickbox should be ticked and the feeds name should be green). I would wait to see if it skips any other matches.

I'm experiencing the same problem.  When I initially setup the RSS feed and checked the box, it downloaded new/matched items automatically.  However, since yesterday I'm noticing that when I click on preview, it shows several matched items and they won't download until I click on "force download".

What am I missing?

I am also noticing the same problem as of a couple of days ago. I'm using newzbin feeds, and running on Mac OSX Leopard. I'm tailing the sabnzbd.log, but never see the rss schedule kick off. I have it scheduled to check every 17mins, and the rss feeds are checked. I don't know why the scheduler isn't kicking it off.. I should see something in the sabnzbd.log correct?

Have you tried restarting SABnzbd?
Maybe the scheduler task crashed (it can do that independent of the rest).

I too am having the exact same problem, I'm running the latest version (0.6.9) I have a lot of feeds configured and none of the matches are automatically downloading unless I click force download.
win 7 64bit OS if that helps, I havn't had this problem before this week.

Any ideas ?

As a side note and I imagine that this is expected behaviour I get errors logged as "incompatible feed" when a feed returns no results.
for example if i set up a feed to watch for say s09 and s09 hasn't started been posted yet I see an error get logged.

Should this be error I would think it should be info: returned no results.

You're not telling which feed it it, so it might well be incompatible.

Look, if you're so scarce with details, do you really expect an answer?
Saying "it doesn't work" won't help.
