PAR2 files aren't being deleted...

Post by travisbell »

Hey guys,

Any ideas why my PAR2 files aren't being deleted? They end up getting dumped along with the final file and I have no idea why.

I have "Enable Par Cleanup" enabled...

Most likely cause is that the NZB contains some par2 files unrelated to the download job.
This happens sometimes, especially with NZB files from search machines.

Maybe, although having been a SAB user for almost 2 years, I might have seen that happen here or there but I just moved everything to a new machine and bam, _every_ post I've grabbed has done this so I doubt it.

I'll download some more, see if it's just a complete coincidence and get back to you guys.

Cheers, and  thanks for the reply.

If you have a specific nzb this is happening to, send it to [email protected] along with a copy of your sabnzbd.ini (passwords removed!), and we can look into it further.
