now that i downloaded and payed for newzbin and this site i cant get any uploads from newzbin can someone help me step by step i have been tryng this for two days uhhhhhhh

Newzbin is just an indexer. You still need a news host, eg: Giganews, Astraweb, Newshosting, etc.

Best deal and Best provider is Astraweb in my opinion. Try them out.
