0.5.0-B3 Windows Folder location error

Config page states everything will be placed in the user folder, but everything is placed in the root of C:/

Disregard comment about service. But B3 still made folders in the root of C:/ for some reason.

Where is SABnzbd installed, and how is it launched? Does it have any extra parameters passed such as -s or -d?

I was running 0.4.12 running as a service before the upgrade. Stop the service from the management panel then ran the setup exe. When installation was finished I left the "Run sadnzbd" option checked.

All other settings survived.

Running Server 2003.
