Hey,
As title suggests really.
I navigate to the server externally accessing port xxx and the router forwards to the correct sab port. I'm asked for user/pass and then proceed to loop without successful authentication. The user/pass i'm using is correct as i can log in on the LAN using firefox.
I'm using the PLUSH skin. I'll perhaps try another skin to see if it's skin specific (but have assumed so far this this will not be the case).
Any suggestions/help welcome.
TIA
edit: i tried the simple skin and the same issue occurs

Login is done through "basic authentication", a protocol supported by every web browser.
My guess is that the Palm browser is broken.

Re: PALM PRE (WEBOS) - web interface repeadedly asking for user/pass
Hey,
I couldn't find any related issues.
In the meantime, just in case anyone else has the same issue, There's a workaround.
use something along the lines of
http://username:password@address:port/sabnzb
This successfully authenticates, but means that i store my user and password unencrypted in my bookmarks. I've chosen a temporary pass for now.
edit: unfortunately, if you then try to change page (like go to the config screen) it asks for authentication again. damn - so close

Having the same issue on my Pre. When I tried accessing it without the login, I just get a "Unable to resolve host" error.
Oh, I'm running the 0.5 Beta
Edit: Never mind got it working
