Hi, I'm using the Mac OS X beta of sabnzbd. I've used both the first beta, and now beta 4. I'm finding that in about 10% of files I download, it will get to 1 or 2 left and stop downloading. Nothing I can do to force it, which is strange.
Whilst some of these files are 100-200 days old (still much lower than my limit), others are a few days old.
Could someone assist please

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

If so, what does it look like?
I would be interested in getting a few of these NZB files too (email to bugs at sabnzbd.org).
In some server setup's in combination with missing articles,
there's a small chance of deadlock.
At least that's what we deduce from reports, so far we have never been able to reproduce this.
Therefore all detailed info regarding this subject is welcome.
If so, what does it look like?
I would be interested in getting a few of these NZB files too (email to bugs at sabnzbd.org).
In some server setup's in combination with missing articles,

It's the same with me. Some nzbs won't complete.
I'm also on osx Leopard, using sabnzbd 0.5 Beta 4. But experienced the same with Beta 1.
Some old and new nzbs get stuck and won't complete. UNLESS (that's my workaround which helped me so far) if I close sabnzbd, restart the Mac and start sabnzbd again THAN it completes the hung up nzbs. Maybe this works also with just restarting sabnzb and there is no real need to restard the Mac. Don't know. I'll try it the next time.
I will mail you one of the hung up nzbs.

I'm working on resolving potential deadlocks in the download queue.
It's not NZB-specific but has to do with multi-server situations.
Want I want to know of both superJ and frenzal is whether
they have multiple server setup's with backup servers and possibly optional servers.
As long as you're just using one server, deadlock is almost impossible.
Unless it happens to an NZB problem.
So I need server configuration and NZB files.

hi - sorry for the lack of reply. yes, there was a backup server set up (one is SSL and one is regular). I just disabled the secure one and it worked
