Don't download unneeded PAR2 files

Hi,

Currently SABnzbd download always PAR2 files, can this be changed that PAR2 files only are downloaded when needed.
This saves bandwith.

No it doesn't. It downloads one PAR2 file (usually a +1).

Is this not already covered in the docs?
