Add link in History detail to the file/folder name

Post by Mr_Incredible »

Often I like to just jump to the folder or file which I've just downloaded and it would be nice if icons could be put in front of the path name (both folder and file if appropriate) so that one can just click and open the relevant folder/file.  (similar to the IMDB/Notes etc icons in front of the entries in newzbin)

Great work on the beta!

The image is not allowed, I removed it.
Next time censor it first.

The Plush and smpl skin have icons for most functions,
Classic is supposed to be a simple as possible.

A link to the storage location we will not implement.
Many people run SABnzbd on a server-like system and
the path shown is just a local path, usually having no meaning
on a remote system.
Also, it's very hard to implement over multiple OS'ses.

Sorry about the image.  I assumed the download being a TV show which was readily available to anyone and not breaching any copyright, would have been OK.  However, I take your point.

A local path could still translate to a UNC type URL, but not sure what the implications would be for multiple OS's.

Thanks for the reply though.

edit: nevermind, I'm abandoning this.

I can see why it hasn't been implemented!
