various newbie help - tweaking

Hi

Slowly getting into this Newsgroup lark.  Have generally go the hang of downloading via NZBs using SAB, however I'm looking at tweaking things a bit and sorting out automation of certain processes.

I have done various google searches and have searched various forum boards and the automations I want to do seem to be possible, but there doesn't seem to be any guides I could find to assist what I am looking to do.

First thing is RSS feeds with Newzbin.  I know Newzbin supports RSS, but how does it work there?  I esp want to set up a different feed for each of the show I want to download.

Next thing is when I download stuff it goes into my "download" folder, but there is another folder with the actual show, along with some other files.  Is there a way where only the show is downloaded and not the additional files (and a new folder is not created)?

Finally, I understand SAB allows TV sorting, so once downloaded I can get SAB to direct that show to my specific show folder?  Is this correct?  If so, how does it work exactly?  I have been to the SAB manual, but wasn't 100% clear how this work.

Sorry, these are probably very easy questions to answer, but I have searched around and just can't find what I am looking for.

I'll have a go following the wiki and come back if I have any more questions.
