Failed to add url Problem

Hi, All
last night i saw in my history a line with "http://www.tvnzb.com/nzb/35942 - Failed to add url" , so i surf to the url and download the file.
i was sure that there was a problem with my ISP and the sabnzbd could not download the file.
this morning i got "http://www.tvnzb.com/nzb/36022 - Failed to add url" (different file)
and when i try to download the file i got : "You can download this nzb only 5 times per day"
tvnzb is blocking me from downloading this file because i have download it 5 times ???

The info in the "Latest Warnings"
2010-02-02 06:41:49,515 WARNING: Invalid NZB file 36022.nzb, skipping (reason=syntax error, line=1)
2010-02-02 06:41:49,515 ERROR: Error getting url http://www.tvnzb.com/nzb/36022 (cause= "")

can any one help ?

What I can imagine is that SABnzbd asks for the NZB
and for some reason the transfer isn't completed.
If tvnzb still counts that as one try, you'll get this problem.

They really do count your downloads, I have noticed this in
the past when (for testing) I repeatedly download one file.
