Do you experience problems during downloading?
Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.

SABnzbd needs a free tcp/ip port for its internal web server.
Port 8081 on localhost was tried , but it is not available.
Some other software uses the port or SABnzbd is already running.
Please restart SABnzbd with a different port number.
Press Startkey+R and type the line (example):
"C:\Program Files\SABnzbd\SABnzbd.exe" --server localhost:8082

i don't know if this helps..but i had this issue and resolved it
i had another application that was using port 8080 (serv-U), so when i installed sabnzbd RC3, it automatically took port 8081...but web access never worked.
so i uninstalled them booth then installed sabnzbd alone...and its working perfectly on 8080...
from internet i had to change the ports and conf my home router to forward the ports [ 443 and 8080 ] to port 9090, because our work firewall blocks 9090.
