All 0.5.0RC's have the same unrar (3.91).
There are no changes between RC3 and RC6 that can explain this difference in behavior.
At least not to the extent that unrar fails consistently for all downloads.
To prove any problem you would have to download the same NZB with the different versions.
BTW: it's no problem to install both versions on one system (in different program folders)
As long as they are not run simultaneously, they can share the same INI file and all folders.
I do this all the time.
Should you want to test this, please set logging level to debug before downloading
so you may send us the logs.

well RC3 was working like crazy, now it's back to the error again. Then now and again it will unpack, but most of the time i get the error. For the life of me I can't think of what's going on. Only thing different was I switched form Avira on my old installation to Microsoft Security Essentials; Has anyone tested this with MSE? Prior to Avira I was having intermittant problems that would hang up the program, and I traced it back to my ESET Nod32....I migth switch back to Avira to see if maybe MSE isn't playing nice with the way the program access files or something.
